Sterling Transcription partners with Dictate+, a dictation app designed specifically for iPhones and iPads.

This option ensures every Sterling Transcription client who uses their iPhone or iPad for dictation has access to a streamlined process, from dictation through to transcription.

Using this app means there’s no need to download your files to your computer, and then upload them manually to your secure client login for transcription.

There’s no need to email your dictations to your secretary for transcription. You don’t even have to use a dictaphone, and you certainly don’t have to stay in your office to dictate. With a simple press of a button, this is all done for you.

All you need is an iPhone, the Dictate+ dictation app and a client account with Sterling Transcription. It really is that simple.

The app can be purchased from the Apple App Store.

1. Purchase the app from the Apple App Store.

2. Self-register as a new client with Sterling Transcription (if you are not already an existing Sterling Transcription client).

3. Contact us and request a copy of our Dictate+ Set Up Instructions. We’ll send you easy instructions for linking the app to your secure client account. Alternatively, download the Dictate+ Set Up Instructions from the Brochures – Guides & Tips section on our website. Setting up Dictate+ and linking it to your Sterling client account takes about two minutes.

4. Start dictating!

5. Once you’ve finished dictating, click the send button, and your files will be automatically uploaded DIRECTLY to your secure Sterling client account.
