All that is required of you is to upload your audio recordings from your digital recording device to your secure client account on the Sterling Transcription website.
Once you have uploaded your audio files, your transcripts will be returned to you within your nominated turnaround time.

This option is popular with academics who record focus groups and other larger groups with multiple speakers. Contact us prior to recording your focus group so that we can give you tips on how to ensure that the speakers are identifiable.
We provide transcripts that are compatible with a range of qualitative analysis software, including NVivo, Leximancer and ATLAS.ti.
