Don’t be offended. We ask you to verify who you are because we care about your data security.
Your data security and the data security of all our clients is important to us. That’s why we ask you to verify who you are.
We take a great many measures to ensure all data which passes through Sterling’s systems is strongly protected and securely stored.
There are many ways we keep strong data security systems. One of the front-line tactics we apply is simple: we verify who you are. We make sure the person we speak with on the phone has permission to access the data stored in the secure client account. This is why we ask you to verify who you are when speaking with us on the phone.
We’ll ask for information such as your name, email address, and other details associated with the account. If you don’t know that information or the information you have given is not registered with the account, we can’t speak with you about that account.
Instead, you need to speak with the owner of that account and ask them to add you as a contact to that account.
We take the security of our clients very seriously. Sterling Transcription has strong and robust data security and privacy systems and processes in place.
So next time you hear us asking for your details, rest assured we’re doing this to help keep your data, and the data of all our other clients, safe and secure.
